we will telephone you once we get the e-mail and you can provide the

charge your credit card, so that you can pay using any accepted credit
card, cash, or travelers check when you arrive. The only circumstance
in which your credit card will be used is if you cancel a reservation
within the last 48 hours before you are to arrive, or if you simply
do not show up. In that case, one nights rent will be charged to your
credit card.
